F3C is led by Bishop Charles Dickerson, a visionary leader, teacher, and servant of God with a heart for the people. Bishop Dickerson is known for his anointed preaching, spiritual wisdom, and deep compassion. Under his leadership, F3C continues to grow as a multi-generational, spirit-led church with a Kingdom-minded mission.

Women’s Ministry – Empowering women to walk boldly in their calling through prayer, fellowship, service, and spiritual growth.
Men’s Ministry – Equipping men to lead with strength, integrity, and faith, while supporting one another through brotherhood and discipleship.
Youth Ministry – Raising up the next generation of believers through engaging, relevant, and Spirit-led experiences for youth and children.
Greeters & Ushers Ministry – Creating a welcoming and orderly atmosphere each Sunday, helping every guest feel the love and presence of God the moment they walk in.
